  1. Ensure that the Owner (registrant) contact email address for your domain name is up to date. It is crucial that you have access to this email address to transfer your EU domain name. Contact your current provider if you need to update this email address.
  2. Check that your domain name has been registered for at least 60 days.
  3. Start your domain name transfer at least 40 days after its renewal date.

Shortly after you have made your domain name transfer request, our international domain registrar (OpenSRS) will send an email to your domain name's Owner (registrant) contact email address asking you to authorise the domain name transfer.
